2. Age Policy
All classes at SGS Studio are strictly 18+ only.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend.
3. Health & ParticipationBy attending a class, you confirm that:
You are physically fit and able to participate in exercise
You have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe
You will inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns
You understand that:
Classes may be physically demandingYou are responsible for exercising within your own limits
We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation if we believe it may be unsafe.
4. Risk & Liability
Participation in exercise carries inherent risks, including injury.
By attending classes, you:
Acknowledge and accept these risks
Participate voluntarily and at your own risk
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGS Studio is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5. Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance
Payment is required at the time of booking
Prices may change at any time
Class packs and memberships:
Are non-transferableMust be used within their stated validity period
6. Cancellations
Cancellation windows are set out at the time of booking and may vary depending on class type, package, or promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, classes must be cancelled within the applicable cancellation window to avoid loss of the class credit.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the class credit. We reserve the right to amend cancellation policies at any time.The applicable cancellation terms will always be displayed at the time of booking.
7. Refunds
If you purchase classes online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, unless you request services to begin within that period.
By booking and attending a class within the 14-day period, you:
Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has been used
All class purchases, packs, and memberships are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law.
8. Studio Conduct
You agree to:
Follow all instructions from instructors and staff
Use equipment safely and correctly
Respect other participants
We reserve the right to:
Refuse entry
Remove participants from a class
Suspend or terminate access to services
9. Personal Responsibility
You agree to:
Arrive on time
Inform instructors of injuries or limitations
Stop exercising if you feel unwell
10. Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk.
SGS Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
11. Photography & Content
We may capture photo or video content in the studio for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear:
Please inform a member of staff before class
12. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
Change class schedules
Change instructors
Modify services or pricing
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Building issues
Power outages
Illness
Government restrictions
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Scottish law.Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
