You are in safe hands
Overview
Arrive at least 15 minutes early and we’ll set up your bike or on the mat, run you through everything, and explain exactly how the class is going to go so you feel ready from the start. Once you’re in, you’ll be guided the whole way: when to add resistance if on the bike, how to move on the mat, when to push, when to pull back. Moves on the bike are optional but we love to see you try. No pressure, no judgement. Just show up, follow along in all classes, and see how it feels. This is chapter one of something bigger.
